About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Observability Product Manager with AI to join a long-term project in Burlington, MA (Hybrid – 3-4 days/week). This role focuses on Observability, AI-driven AIOps, and Platform Engineering.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Platform Engineering, Observability, Reliability Engineering, or Technical Product Management
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace SaaS, Davis AI, DQL, Grail, and Log Analytics
- Strong knowledge of AIOps, AI/ML, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and causality analysis
- Experience with Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms, Microservices, Distributed Systems, and SaaS environments
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Automation
Nice To Haves
- Financial Services or other regulated enterprise experience is highly preferred
