About The Position
Seeking an OBGYN Physician for a Locum Tenens position in Fort Morgan, CO. This is an inpatient role covering supplemental needs on an ongoing basis starting October 6, 2026. The position is call-only, requiring 10-15 shifts per month, with a 24-hour call schedule (7a-7a). The physician will handle approximately 15 deliveries per month and provide general OBGYN services for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The practice has one physician and RN support staff. The facility has 50 beds and uses Epic EMR.
Requirements
- Active CO License or IMLC
- BC/BE in OBGYN
- DEA
- BLS certification
- Clean Record
Responsibilities
- Provide general OBGYN services
- Handle approximately 15 deliveries per month
- Be on call 24-hours (7a-7a), 10-15 shifts per month
- Respond to beeper calls and perform callbacks (estimated 5-7 hours)
- Work with RN support staff
- Utilize Epic EMR system
