About The Position
Mass General Brigham Medical Group Western Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking an OBGYN Physician to join their team in Northampton, MA. This is a full-time position in an outpatient setting, backfilling a physician who is transitioning to a laborist role. The role involves full-scope Ob/Gyn care with strong midwifery collaboration in a Baby-Friendly designated hospital featuring a newly renovated Childbirth Center and Level 1B Nursery. The practice emphasizes patient-centered care with comprehensive medical support, utilizing an integrated Epic EMR system and in-office ultrasound. The position offers a community feel with the support of the Mass General Brigham system, providing access to subspecialties and streamlined referral pathways. The Pioneer Valley is described as a vibrant, progressive, and welcoming area with excellent schools and access to outdoor activities, located within easy reach of major cities.

- Willingness to participate in shared call schedule
