About The Position

Effingham Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join their collaborative women’s health team in the heart of Central Illinois. This is a unique opportunity to practice full-scope obstetrics and gynecology in a supportive environment that prioritizes work-life balance, strong clinical relationships, and long-term success. The role offers a collegial team environment, working alongside 10 experienced providers who share call and foster a culture of support and collaboration. There are opportunities for mentorship and growth, learning from seasoned OB/GYNs and a board-certified Urogynecologic surgeon. The practice features a balanced schedule with a mix of obstetrics and gynecology in daily practice, with locations in Effingham (main office) and Vandalia, IL. Hospital affiliations include HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital (Effingham, IL) and Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center (Mattoon, IL), which offers a Level II NICU, surgical robotics, and block OR time. The physician will be supported by dedicated clinical staff, administrative assistance, and a robust mentorship program.
