• Nursery Level: I
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:
- Private call room available onsite
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements

• Active WA License or IMLC
• BC/BE
• DEA
• BLS

Nice To Haves

• Clean Record (preferred)
• Local Candidate (preferred)
