About The Position

Mass General Brigham Medical Group Western Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) Ob/Gyn to join a collaborative Ob/Gyn & Midwifery team in Northampton, MA. This role is a backfill position for an outpatient setting, as the current physician is transitioning to a laborist-only role. The position offers full-scope Ob/Gyn care with strong midwifery collaboration in a Baby-Friendly designated hospital featuring a newly renovated Childbirth Center and a Level 1B Nursery. The practice emphasizes patient-centered care with comprehensive medical support, utilizing an integrated Epic EMR system and in-office ultrasound. The integration with Mass General Brigham provides access to subspecialty care and streamlined referral pathways. The Pioneer Valley is described as a vibrant, progressive, and inclusive community with access to arts, culture, outdoor activities, and excellent schools, with easy reach to major cities like Boston and NYC.

Requirements

• Full-time BE/BC Ob/Gyn.
• Ability to join 10 physicians and 10 CNMs.
• Willingness to work across 2 locations in the Pioneer Valley.
• Must be able to work 2-3 Office Days per week.
• Must be able to work OR days per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope Ob/Gyn care.
• Collaborate with midwifery team.
• Participate in shared, equitable call schedule.
• See patients in an outpatient setting.
• Utilize integrated Epic EMR system.
• Perform in-office ultrasounds.
