OBGYN Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner
About The Position
Women’s Care Maternal Fetal Medicine Team in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a full-time advanced practice provider (NP/PA) with advanced experience in maternal-fetal medicine and/or gestational diabetes. As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) for Women’s Care, you will provide high-quality care as a provider and work collaboratively within a healthcare team. You will identify, evaluate, and address disease prevention and health promotion issues to provide comprehensive women’s health care, emphasizing reproductive, gynecologic, and family-centered health education. You will also administer patient care, perform physical examinations, and order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients’ clinical problems and healthcare needs. Women’s Care is a women’s healthcare group founded in 1998. It provides care across more than 100 locations and has over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists. Its services include obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, breast surgery, genetic counseling, maternal-fetal medicine, laboratory services, and fertility.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted APRN, NP, or PA license in the state of hire, or the ability to obtain one.
- Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
Nice To Haves
- Women’s health, maternal-fetal medicine, and gestational diabetes experience are strongly preferred.
