About The Position

We are seeking an experienced OB Hospitalist to provide 24-hour in-house coverage for high-risk obstetrics patients. This locum tenens position involves managing obstetrical emergencies, assisting with C-sections, and collaborating with Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists and other clinical teams. The role requires a Board Certified physician with active MN license preferred or IMLC, DEA, BLS certification, and experience in Level I or II Trauma centers. The position offers supplemental coverage with flexible shift options.

Requirements

• Active MN license preferred or IMLC required
• Board Certified in Obstetrics/Gynecology
• DEA Required
• BLS Certification
• Trauma Level I or II experience required
• Ability to manage high-risk pregnancies

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour in-house OB hospitalist coverage
• Manage high-risk obstetric patients with MFM support
• Respond to obstetrical emergencies and urgent care needs
• Assist with C-sections and other obstetrical procedures
• Collaborate with in-house OB/GYN and clinical teams
