About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with a physician-led healthcare organization to recruit an OB/GYN Physician for a well-established and growing practice in Texas. This is an opportunity to step into a stable environment with strong referral networks, modern facilities, and a collaborative care team. This role offers a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology with the support, resources, and patient volume needed to build a successful long-term practice. It is a full-time OB/GYN position with an established patient base and consistent referral flow, a mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient responsibilities, access to modern facilities, surgical suites, and advanced technology, and a collaborative team of physicians, APPs, and support staff. There is also an opportunity for long-term growth and leadership involvement. This role offers the ability to walk into an existing patient panel with no ramp-up guesswork, strong clinical infrastructure, and long-term stability in a high-demand specialty, allowing for quick tenure and income building.

Requirements

MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Active or eligible for Texas medical license
Strong clinical and surgical skillset
Commitment to patient-centered care and team collaboration

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including prenatal, delivery, and gynecologic services
Perform surgical procedures as needed
Manage patient care across clinic and hospital settings
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure quality outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
