About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with a well-established, physician-led women’s health group to recruit both OB/GYN Physicians and OB Hospitalists. This is a high-growth, highly respected practice with multiple locations and a collaborative, all-female provider team. This role stands out due to an established, physician-led women’s health group (15+ years growth), 4 modern clinic locations + strong hospital partnerships, and immediate patient volume with no slow ramp. Multiple paths are available: Full-Scope OB/GYN or OB Hospitalist.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
• Eligible for Arizona license

Responsibilities

• Coverage across two hospitals (for OB Hospitalist option)
• Manage 20–25 patients/day (for OB/GYN Physician option)
• Contribute to ~250 deliveries/month across the group
• Take call 4–6 days/month (light, single hospital) (for OB/GYN Physician option)
• Engage in co-managed care with strong midwife support
