About The Position

We are seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join a growing, physician-led healthcare system serving communities throughout eastern North Carolina. This opportunity offers the resources of a major regional health system with a strong network of OB/GYN specialists, advanced maternal and neonatal care, and both academic and community practice opportunities. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed or completing an accredited OB/GYN residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
• Ability to obtain appropriate hospital privileges
• Strong clinical, communication, and collaborative care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
• Manage routine and higher-risk pregnancies within an established referral network
• Provide inpatient and outpatient women's health services
• Perform appropriate OB/GYN procedures and surgical care
• Participate in the shared physician call schedule
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine, midwifery, neonatology, gynecologic oncology, and other specialists
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to quality and patient-safety standards
