About The Position

MercyOne Genesis is seeking a motivated, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its OB/GYN team in Moline and Silvis, Illinois. The role supports a busy women's health program by providing community access to care. The provider will deliver women's healthcare across preventive, gynecologic, prenatal, and postpartum services, working collaboratively with experienced providers and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive women's health care, including preventive, gynecologic, prenatal, and postpartum services.
• Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic gynecologic conditions.
• Manage prenatal care and monitor maternal and fetal well-being.
• Counsel patients on contraception, family planning, fertility, and menopause.
• Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical and regulatory standards.
