About The Position

Join the MercyOne Genesis OB/GYN Hospitalist Team MercyOne Genesis is seeking an experienced BC/BE OBGYN to join its OB/GYN Hospitalist service in Davenport, IA. We offer Full- time employed opportunity - 7 24-hour in-house shifts per month – Flexible schedule (part-time and PRN opportunities available as well) Providing care for OB & GYN emergencies in ER and labor & delivery, care for unassigned patients and accept/manage transfers from smaller hospitals in the region Provide back up call for OB/GYN practice Supervision of 1st and 2nd year family medicine residents and one FM-OB fellow Approx 600 Births/ year Level II NICU with onsite neonatologists Recruitment Package $4709 per 24-hour on-site shift $150,000 commencement bonus Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Relocation allowance up to $15,000 CME Allowance of $6,000 Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401k with match and 457(b) - Benefits start on day 1 of employment Malpractice Coverage Qualifications MD or DO BE/BC in OB/GYN Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice Eligible to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates welcome to apply) Where you’ll live Comprised of 6 counties in Iowa and Illinois, the Quad Cities is the largest metropolitan area on the Mississippi River between Minneapolis and St. Louis. Requirements

• MD or DO
• BE/BC in OB/GYN
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates welcome to apply)
