About The Position

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking an OB/GYN Generalist to join the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln. Lincoln Medical Center is a comprehensive healthcare facility serving the Downtown Bronx community, with a strong focus on women's health and an average of 1,500 live births per year. The hospital maintains an academic affiliation with Weill Medical College of Cornell University. This role involves being part of the core faculty for the OB/GYN residency program, teaching and supervising residents and medical students. The position requires performing a full scope of OB/GYN practice, including obstetrics, gynecology, and ambulatory services, with subspecialty support available. There are opportunities for research, performance improvement, quality initiatives, community outreach, and career development. The role also includes performing women's health exams, diagnosing conditions, and developing evidence-based treatment plans.

Requirements

Board Eligibility and/or Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Active New York State Medical License

Responsibilities

Be part of core faculty in the OB/GYN residency program and teach and supervise residents and medical students.
Perform a full scope OB/GYN practice including obstetrics, gynecology, and ambulatory services.
Perform a full scope of women's health exams, including Pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast exams.
Diagnose conditions and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
Opportunity to participate in research, performance improvement, quality initiatives, and community outreach activities.

Benefits

Annual Base Salary: $296,000 (board eligible); $301,000 (board certified) based on 40-hour work week.
Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
401(k) Company Contribution: Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings.
