About The Position

MidSouth OBGYN is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN to join our established, physician-led practice in Memphis, Tennessee. This opportunity offers a clear and defined path to partnership, allowing physicians to build long-term stability within a collaborative private practice setting. With a strong patient base, balanced schedule, and supportive team environment, this role is well-suited for both residents and experienced physicians. The practice is designed to support efficiency and work-life balance, with a sustainable schedule that includes a 4-day clinic schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday) and no Thursday clinic. Weekday call rotates between float coverage and limited Friday night call, with weekend call approximately 1:8, structured to promote fairness and sustainability. The practice is physician-led with shared decision-making and a strong reputation in the Memphis community, offering a loyal, built-in patient base. The environment is team-oriented, focused on high-quality, patient-centered care with strong collaboration across providers. The role is built for every stage of a physician's career, offering supportive onboarding and mentorship for new graduates and immediate patient volume for experienced physicians. It allows for full-scope OB/GYN practice, maintaining both OB and GYN skills, with collaborative partners available for guidance and shared care. Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Completed or currently completing an ACGME/AOA approved Ob/Gyn residency program
• Team-oriented with a commitment to patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care.
• Participate in a 4-day clinic schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday).
