The Role: Student Recruiter As our Student Recruiter, you are the face of NH Job Corps in Manchester and beyond. You will hunt for potential talent, connect with the community, and welcome new students. You will guide them from their first application through to graduation and career placement.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, business, or communications. OR an Associate’s degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
- A valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% for local community outreach and recruitment.
- Stellar communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse communities.
- A team-first attitude dedicated to creating winning student outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Drive Outreach: Energize prospective students and community partners about Job Corps programs.

- Protect Data: Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity of all student information.
