About The Position

Stewart Talent New York is offering a part-time internship that provides an opportunity to learn about the entertainment industry from a thriving talent agency. Interns will work directly with assistants and agents on various projects including Broadway, off-Broadway, TV/Film, Commercials, Voiceovers, Print/Lifestyle, and Literary. The agency currently operates on a hybrid schedule, with remote interns required to spend at least one day a week in person. The ideal candidate is passionate, hardworking, motivated, organized, and interested in helping clients grow their careers. Previous office administrative experience is important, along with attention to detail, a professional demeanor, basic computer skills, and a desire to learn. School credit is required for participation.

• Inputting Pin dates in the client’s calendar for a specific project
• Viewing the breakdown
• Inputting a submission
• Exporting pitches
• Viewing appointments with the applicable materials (sides/script)
• Submitting via the appropriate platform (EcoCast/DropBox/Vimeo/CastIt)
• Updating calendars with client avails
• Tracking casting notifications on trade websites like Deadline
