About The Position

Stewart Talent New York is offering a part-time internship that provides an opportunity to learn about the entertainment industry from a thriving talent agency in New York City. Interns will work directly with assistants and agents on a variety of projects including Broadway, off-Broadway, TV/Film, Commercials, Voiceovers, Print/Lifestyle, and Literary. The agency operates on a hybrid schedule, with remote interns required to spend at least one day a week in person. The internship is seeking a passionate, hardworking, motivated, and organized individual interested in helping grow clients' careers. This role requires at least a 4-month commitment, with hours from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Eastern Time, and a minimum of 3 full days per week. This is treated as a serious position with a high level of responsibility and potential for advancement.

• Viewing appointments with the applicable materials (sides/script)
• Submitting via the appropriate platform (EcoCast/DropBox/Vimeo/CastIt)
• Updating calendars with client avails
• Tracking casting notifications on trade websites like Deadline
