Under the supervision of the Manager of Nutritional Services and Catering and/or Nutritional Services Supervisor, the Nutritional Services Technician will be responsible for a variety of duties in the food service operation of Maryhaven.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• One to six months experience in general cleaning procedures, or equivalent.
• One year experience in food service and therapeutic diets.

Nice To Haves

• Cooking skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve breakfast and tray lines
• Sets up deli cooler
• Makes deli sandwiches
• Operates dish machine
• Mops and sweeps floors
• May include maintaining stock and inventory
• Ensuring food supply for units is stocked
• Requires ability to get along with diverse population
