About The Position

Dove Healthcare - Rutledge Home is seeking a dynamic individual to manage the nutritional and dining needs of their 42-bed CBRF assisted living and memory care facility. The Nutritional Services Director will lead and mentor the kitchen crew, ensuring the highest quality of nutrition, service, and care to residents in a cost-effective manner. This role involves planning and directing the department's duties, initiating and maintaining nutritional care plans, implementing menu cycles, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and infection control procedures.

Experience in quantity cooking

Responsibilities

Planning and directing the duties of the nutritional services department to provide the highest quality of nutrition, service, and care to our residents in a cost-effective manner
Initiating, completing, and maintaining nutritional care plans
Planning and implementing menu cycles
Evaluating and ensuring that the department is in code compliance and follows all sanitation and infection control procedures
