About The Position

The Nutritional Services Aide Lead guides and supports coworkers, coordinates meal service, and helps ensure residents have a safe, welcoming, and positive dining experience. The role offers an opportunity to build leadership skills while contributing to residents’ daily experience.

The position is full-time with variable shifts. The lead helps oversee dining operations and may resolve service concerns in the manager’s absence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Nutritional Services team members to ensure smooth, timely meal service.
• Coordinate daily assignments and conduct pre-service team huddles.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver excellent resident service.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and special dietary requirements are consistently followed.
• Help oversee dining operations and resolve service concerns in the manager’s absence.
• Use MealTracker to prepare menus, meal tickets, and reports needed for meal service.
