The Department of Nutrition at Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver) invites applications for temporary, part-time affiliate faculty teaching positions. The primary responsibility of this position is to teach one or more credit hours as determined by the department. Areas of teaching include undergraduate and graduate courses, including Introduction to Nutrition, Medical Nutrition Therapy, Community Nutrition, and others.
