We are actively seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve. About the Role As an IDD Nurse (LPN or RN) , you will provide direct nursing care and clinical support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential and community settings. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and individualized care plans that support each person’s unique needs. Responsibilities may include medication administration, health assessments, care coordination, documentation, and support during behavioral or medical needs. Requirements

  • Licensed LPN or RN (active and in good standing)
  • Passion for serving individuals with IDD and complex needs
  • Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered, and team-oriented mindset
  • Complete criminal background check
  • Name checked in the registries (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
  • Drug testing
  • Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
  • Proof of employment history or references (if required)
  • Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in IDD, group homes, behavioral health, or long-term care (preferred but not required)
