About The Position

Maple View, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is hiring a full-time Nursing Supervisor (RN) for the 3–11 shift. The position leads an interdisciplinary team in providing exceptional care and supporting residents’ health, comfort, and overall well-being. The supervisor oversees facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations. The role is described as having no weekend work. Requirements

Valid state nursing license.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Interest in the nursing needs of older adults and chronically ill people, with the ability to work with both.
Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree or certification preferred.
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation.
