About The Position

Maple View, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) for the 3–11 shift. The Nursing Supervisor leads an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and support residents’ health, comfort, and overall well-being. The role oversees facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations. The position is full-time and does not require weekend work. The listed pay range is USD $50.00–$57.00 per hour, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

Valid state nursing license.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Interest in the nursing needs of older adults and chronically ill people, with the ability to work with both.
Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree or certification preferred.
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a long-term care setting preferred.
