Nursing Supervisor
About The Position
A healthcare facility in Glendive, Montana, is hiring an experienced Nursing Supervisor for a full-time, permanent position in Acute Care. The role oversees daily operations and supports safe, high-quality patient care. The supervisor provides leadership across multiple departments, including the ER, ICU, Behavioral Health, Med-Surg, Labor & Delivery, and Transitional Care. The schedule is night shift, three 12-hour shifts. Pay is $36.63–$55.00 per hour, with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for qualified candidates. The location offers small-town living, outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, hunting, and camping, a lower cost of living than many larger cities, and access to local shops, restaurants, schools, and healthcare services.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS certification required within the first year.
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
- Previous leadership experience, such as serving as a charge nurse or team lead, with responsibility for patient care and staff performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
