About The Position
St. St. Camillus is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Supervisor to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a licensed nurse who is passionate about resident-centered care, developing staff, and creating a positive environment where both residents and employees thrive. As the Nursing Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily clinical operations, supporting and mentoring caregivers, and ensuring residents receive exceptional care with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current LPN or RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current CBRF certification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Assisted Living and regulatory requirements.
- A genuine passion for serving older adults and supporting fellow caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for nursing services during assigned shifts.
- Conduct resident assessments and coordinate individualized care.
- Oversee medication administration and treatment services.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support resident well-being.
- Mentor, coach, and develop nursing and caregiving team members.
- Assist with staff education, performance development, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Promote compliance with Assisted Living and CBRF regulations.
- Respond confidently to clinical and emergency situations.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
- Help drive continuous improvement in resident care and operational excellence.
