About The Position
Assisted Living Administrator Morningside of Sterling Are you an Administrator seeking an exciting new career opportunity in Assisted Living and Memory Care? Look no further! Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking health care rockstars to join our team! If you are dedicated and compassionate, WE WANT YOU! As an Assisted Living and Memory Care Administrator| Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Assisted Living and Memory Care Community by achieving and maintaining targeted occupancy goals, and for the supervision and development of all employees. You will ensure that the services provided exceed customer needs and expectations, as well as oversee day-to-day activities.
Requirements
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field required
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large
- Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care
- Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
- Minimum of two years of experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care Administration setting
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
