About The Position
This position is for an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) working nights in an Assisted Living/Memory Care setting. The role involves communicating with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals about resident well-being, conducting clinical assessments, administering medication, and utilizing nursing and critical thinking skills for emergency care. The role offers opportunities to advance nursing skills in a fast-paced community.
Requirements
- Valid Florida LPN/RN License.
- Possess an interest and compassion for older adults.
- Problem solving & customer service skills.
- Time Management skills to ensure all residents are provided the best level of care.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with physicians, families, & other RNs/LPNs about the well-being of our residents.
- Conducting clinical assessments while accurately providing medication assistance according to physician’s orders.
- Using your clinical nursing and critical thinking skills by assessing emergency care needs.
- Advancing your nursing skills by working in a fast-paced community.
