About The Position
A facility near Miles City, Montana, is seeking a full-time, permanent Nursing Supervisor to join their night team. The Nursing Supervisor will develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. They will lead daily unit operations by creating shift assignments, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care across ER, ICU, Behavioral Health, Med Surg, Labor & Delivery, and Transitional Care.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification
- Minimum two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
- Prior leadership responsibilities such as charge nurse or team lead with accountability for patient and staff outcomes
Nice To Haves
- ACLS within one year
- Bachelor in Nursing or related field
