About The Position
This position is located at Samaritan Keep Home in the SKH NURSING ADMIN department. The role requires a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a New York State RN license. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of nursing principles and facility policies, demonstrate the ability to provide quality patient care, and communicate effectively with others. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- New York State RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year acute care clinical experience
- 1 year management experience in long term care preferred
- Possesses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles as well as facility policies and procedures
- Demonstrates ability to provide quality patient care
- Communicates and works effectively with people
- Minimum one year acute care clinical experience
- One year clinical experience in long term care preferred
Nice To Haves
- 2-3 years clinical and 1 year management experience in long term care
- Coursework in nursing management
