About The Position
This position is for a Nursing Supervisor in Long Term Care (LTC) at Samaritan Keep Home. The role requires a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a New York State RN license. The supervisor will be responsible for providing quality patient care and demonstrating effective communication and teamwork. The position is part of the SKH Nursing Admin department.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- New York State RN license required.
- Minimum of 1 year acute care clinical experience.
- Minimum one year clinical experience in long term care preferred.
- Possesses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles as well as facility policies and procedures.
Nice To Haves
- 2-3 years clinical and 1 year management experience in long term care preferred.
- Coursework in nursing management preferred.
