About The Position
The Sharon at SouthPark is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor to join their leadership team on second shift. This is an opportunity for a nurse who enjoys mentoring staff, leading clinical operations, and ensuring exceptional resident care in a collaborative and resident-centered environment. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current North Carolina RN license, or compact state license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for nursing services during the assigned shift.
- Lead and support nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care.
- Supervise daily nursing operations within Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living.
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in clinical status within scope of practice.
- Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and care planning activities within scope of practice.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacies, laboratories, therapists, and other healthcare providers.
- Review physician orders, laboratory testing, clinical documentation, and treatments for accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Support quality assurance, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Coach, mentor, and develop nursing team members.
- Conduct resident rounds and address concerns proactively.
- Serve as a clinical resource for residents, families, and staff within scope of licensure.
- Perform all duties in accordance with the North Carolina Nurse Practice Act, facility policies, and within the scope of the individual's professional licensure.
