Nursing Instructor (9-month)
About The Position
Blue Ridge Community College (BRCC) is seeking a full-time, 9-month Nursing Instructor. The Associate Degree Nursing Program is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) and approved by the Virginia Board of Nursing (VABON). The program prepares students for direct patient care as beginning practitioners of nursing. The position offers a healthy work-life balance with summers off and time off during semester breaks and holidays. Instruction focuses on client care across the lifespan using a concept-based curriculum. This position includes clinical and simulation instruction, but not didactic or lab instruction. Candidates selected for interview will need to facilitate a teaching demonstration.
