About The Position

The Nursing Instructor is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating classroom and clinical learning experiences for nursing students. The role provides student guidance, contributes to promoting the total nursing programs, and demonstrates professionalism and self-development appropriate to teaching, service, and scholarship. Medical-surgical experience and an MSN are required. The position is based on-site at Lourdes Health System, 1600 Haddon Ave, and is full-time on the first shift, with 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Master's degree; MSN required.
• 2–4 years of experience required.
• Medical-surgical experience required.
• Current New Jersey RN license.
• Current American Heart Healthcare Provider Completion Card.
• Certification in area of specialty.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer skills, including Word and email.
• Organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Nursing education experience.
• Experience with PowerPoint.
• Test construction skills.
