About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility. This role involves ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations, supervising department managers, and managing the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans. The administrator must meet or exceed quality, clinical, and utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives. A key aspect of the role is ensuring premier customer service and facilitating the resolution of resident care issues. Applicants who are not currently licensed but are willing to obtain a nursing home administrator license within 120 days of employment are being accepted. The position requires relocation to Strafford, MO, and relocation assistance is provided.

  • Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care
  • Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Willing to relocate to Strafford, MO
  • Willing to obtain a nursing home administrator license within 120 days of employment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations.
  • Supervise all department managers to ensure the facility is in compliance.
  • Manage the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans.
  • Meet or exceed quality, clinical, and utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives.
