About The Position
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations. This role involves supervising department managers, delivering clinical services integrated with business plans, and meeting quality, clinical, and financial objectives. The administrator will also ensure premier customer service and facilitate the resolution of resident care issues.
Requirements

- Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large
- Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care
- Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
- Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willing to relocate to Doniphan, MO
- Willing to obtain a nursing home administrator license within 120 days of employment
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations.
- Supervise all department managers to ensure the facility is in compliance.
- Responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans.
- Meet or exceed quality, clinical and utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives.
- Ensure premier customer service while facilitating the resolution of resident care issues.
