LCS is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to help lead the daily operations at Dallas Retirement Village located in Dallas, Oregon. This role is responsible for assisting the executive director in overseeing all aspects of the community performance, including resident satisfaction, team engagement, regulatory compliance, and financial results. Requirements

  • Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Oregon
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and performing metrics
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and build strong culture
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and quality standards
