About The Position
The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) will lead and oversee community operations in compliance with state and federal regulations. This role involves developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures, while promoting employee engagement, quality outcomes, mission effectiveness, and stewardship. The LNHA will collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to support community success and ensure high-quality care and services for residents, while supporting and upholding the mission and core values of American Baptist Homes of the Midwest.
Requirements
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of Minnesota, or the ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe required
- Bachelor’s degree in Long Term Care, Management, Human Services, or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in a Long Term Care Administrator position required
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
