Havenwood Care Center, with ElderCare of Bemidji, at 1633 Delton Avenue NW, Bemidji MN 56601, a 65-bed skilled nursing facility, is currently accepting applications for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Requirements

Qualifications Include: A four-year degree, preferably in Business Administration, Public Health, Public Health Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a similar or related field as well as a Current Active License as a Nursing Home Administrator, both State and Federal, or the ability to obtain these licenses within 6-12 months will be considered.

Responsibilities

Manages the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the nursing home and departments.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws.
Communicates effectively with all departments and managers within the nursing home and incorporates a team approach with all.
Responsibilities include: planning, assigning, directing work, leading, rewarding, disciplining employees, performance reviews and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Ensuring day-to-day operations are in accordance with State and Federal guidelines & regulations that govern the facility; is required to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
