About The Position
Launch your nursing career through a structured program designed to support the transition from Graduate to Registered Nurse. Under the direct supervision of an RN preceptor, you will gain hands-on experience in a supportive learning environment focused on developing your ability to provide safe, effective care for increasingly complex patients. The preceptor/graduate partnership is designed to prepare you for full RN responsibilities once you obtain licensure. The goal is to prepare you to step into a full Registered Nurse role within the health system after obtaining your RN license. A full, unrestricted RN license must be obtained within 60 days of starting the program. This posting is intended for ASN and BSN December 2026 graduates for inpatient units. August 2026 graduates, or prior graduates without RN experience, may also apply.
