About The Position

Lincoln Tech is seeking a Nursing Education Clinical Manager to join the school's management team and coordinate the clinical component of the nursing program. The role supports the program's objectives and the organization's mission while upholding the school's standards of quality, ethics, and integrity. The manager ensures operational compliance, coordinates clinical experiences, supports faculty, and monitors student progress through clinical rotations and the skills lab.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical education experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification and required immunizations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Current New Jersey State RN license.

Nice To Haves

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).

Responsibilities

• Ensure school operations comply with government, accreditation, and company policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical sites.
• Conduct clinical site visits, observations, and surveys, and review the results with relevant parties.
• Assist with faculty recruitment, orientation, professional development, and evaluation.
• Ensure instructors are present and make provisions for clinical faculty absences.
• Schedule faculty and students for all clinical experiences.
• Manage and ensure satisfactory student progress through clinical rotations and the skills lab process.
