About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Care Coordinator to deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. The successful candidate will supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, while coordinating care with other disciplines.
Requirements
- Active nursing license in the state of practice.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to continuous education and professional development.
