About The Position
Combine hands-on patient care with essential unit support. Join the Cardiac Medical Unit as a Nursing Assistant/US, Techretary and work alongside the nursing team to support patients while helping maintain a safe, organized care environment. Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant/US, Techretary facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment. A great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting both patients and the nursing team in a busy Cardiac Medical Unit.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- BLS required
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Nice To Haves
- Post-high-school specialized training preferred
- Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred
