Nursing Assistant Cardiac Medical Unit (CMU) Full-Time 12-Hour Night Shift
About The Position
Make a difference through hands-on patient care. Join the Cardiac Medical Unit as a Nursing Assistant and work alongside nurses to provide patients with essential care, comfort, and support throughout their stay. Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment. A great opportunity to provide hands-on patient care while supporting patients and the nursing team in the Cardiac Medical Unit.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- BLS required
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Nice To Haves
- Post-high-school specialized training preferred
- Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred
