About The Position

Grays Harbor Health & Rehabilitation Center in Aberdeen, Washington, is hiring a Nursing Assistant. This is an opportunity for people who have completed CNA training and clinicals and are waiting for their CNA certification to become active. The role involves building relationships with residents and families and supporting residents’ dignity, comfort, and quality of care. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour. CNA certification must be obtained within 120 days of hire.

Requirements

• Active Washington Nurse Assistant Registration (NAR).
• Completion of a CNA training program and clinicals.
• Ability to obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassion for seniors and commitment to quality care.
• Ability to pass required employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Monitor and record resident vital signs.
• Help residents with mobility, positioning, and meals.
• Respond to resident needs with compassion and respect.
• Work closely with nurses and caregivers to provide quality care.
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.
