About The Position
Nursing Assistant (NAR) Avalon Health & Rehabilitation Center | Pasco, WA Starting at $20.18/hour Full-Time Day and Evening Must obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire. At Avalon Health & Rehabilitation Center, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside a supportive team dedicated to helping residents recover, regain independence, and return home whenever possible.
Requirements
- Current Washington Nurse Assistant Registration (NAR)
- Completion of CNA training program and clinicals
- Ability to obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion for seniors and commitment to quality care
- Ability to pass required employment screenings

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
- Help residents with mobility, meals, and hygiene
