This is a great opportunity for individuals who have completed CNA training and clinicals and are waiting for their CNA certification to become active. Our specialized behavioral health program allows caregivers to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents with complex medical and behavioral health needs.

Requirements

• Active Washington Nurse Assistant Registration (NAR)
• Completion of CNA training program and clinicals
• Ability to obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassion for seniors and commitment to quality care
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass required employment screenings
