About The Position
Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary for patients’ personal needs and comfort. Perform delegated tasks of direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to function independently and maturely.
- Ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
- Ability to assemble, maintain, and record data accurately.
- Must have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the ill.
- Maintain current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. If not currently certified, Basic Life Support certification will be included in the orientation program.
Nice To Haves
- Minnesota CNA certification preferred, but not required.
