About The Position
The Nursing Assistant works in the Observation Unit, providing direct patient care and support alongside nurses and other clinical professionals. Under the direction of the Director/Manager and Registered Nurses, the role facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized patient environment. This is a full-time position scheduled for 36 hours per week.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- BLS certification required.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Nice To Haves
- Post-high-school specialized training preferred.
- Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred.
Responsibilities
